Dr. Julita Patil is a proud Bay Area native who has always called California home. After graduating from Ygnacio Valley High School, she earned her degree in Biochemistry from UC Davis in 1994, followed by her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the prestigious UCSF School of Dentistry in 1998.
Dr. Patil is deeply committed to professional growth and community involvement. She is an active member of the Contra Costa Dental Society, where she also serves on the Board of Directors, as well as the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. She participates in the Partnership Implant Study Group, staying at the forefront of advancements in dental implantology and continuing education.
With decades of experience and strong local roots, Dr. Patil combines advanced clinical knowledge with a warm, community-focused approach to dentistry.
Christina – Registered Dental Assistant
Christina has been a valued part of Dr. Patil’s team since 2015 and brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field. While she began her career as a dental assistant, she now plays an essential role on our administrative team—helping patients navigate their treatment options and scheduling with clarity and compassion. Her depth of knowledge and friendly demeanor help ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every patient.
Outside the office, Christina enjoys discovering new adventures, whether it’s attending live music venues, trying out new restaurants, or exploring the great outdoors with friends and family. She especially cherishes time spent with her kids and is actively involved in her local community. Christina’s positivity, dedication, and extensive experience make her an invaluable part of our dental family.

Stephanie – Registered Dental Assistant
Stephanie has been a dedicated member of our team since 2016, bringing warmth, experience, and a gentle touch to every patient interaction. She takes pride in making sure each visit is comfortable and smooth, supporting both our patients and clinical team with care and professionalism.
When she’s not using her dental assisting skills in the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and extended family. She loves staying active through exercise, watching movies, and lending a helping hand to her loved ones. Her friendly personality and commitment to patient care make her an important part of our dental family.

Regina – Registered Dental Assistant & Business Team
Regina has been in the dental field since 1997, with experience in both front and back office roles. She became a valued part of Dr. Patil’s team in 2018 during the office expansion, and has been a steady, compassionate presence ever since. Regina chose dentistry because she loves building meaningful relationships while helping patients achieve their healthiest, most confident smiles.
Regina is deeply family-oriented and cherishes her three grown children and her son-in-law. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking with her husband, as well as spending quality time with friends and extended family. A lifelong learner at heart, Regina has been committed to studying Italian for over three years and continues to practice in her spare time. Her warmth, dedication, and curiosity make her a truly special part of our team.

Diane – Registered Dental Hygienist
Diane has been in the dental field since 1986 and became an essential part of Dr. Patil’s team during the office expansion in the summer of 2018. With her warm demeanor and decades of experience, Diane plays a vital role in our office, providing exceptional care while building lasting relationships with our patients. She’s passionate about educating others on the importance of oral health and is always learning new techniques and insights to share.
Outside the office, Diane lives life with heart and joy. She loves hula dancing, a passion that brings her cultural connection and balance. She’s a theater enthusiast who enjoys live performances and never misses a chance to cheer on the San Francisco Giants. Most of all, Diane treasures the time she gets to spend with her two grown children and her extended family, making memories and staying closely connected. Whether she’s helping a patient feel at ease in the chair or enjoying a family gathering, Diane brings warmth, energy, and dedication to everything she does.

Kristel – Business Team
Kristel joined Dr. Patil’s team in January of 2022, bringing with her several years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a dental assistant and later transitioned to the front office, where her organizational skills and genuine care for patients truly shine. As our hygiene coordinator and treatment scheduler, Kristel plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring every patient feels supported and well-informed.
Kristel is known for her kind heart and willingness to lend a helping hand—both to our team and to her family, especially her parents, whom she’s always happy to support. Outside the office, Kristel is a passionate traveler who enjoys exploring both local getaways and international destinations. A true foodie, she’s always up to date on the best places to eat and loves discovering hidden gems. On weekends, you’ll often find her and her boyfriend relaxing at local wineries or planning their next culinary adventure.

Kathy – Registered Dental Hygienist (Semi-Retired)
Kathy has been a beloved part of Dr. Patil’s dental family from the very beginning—working alongside her since Dr. Patil’s early days as an associate with Dr. Hamanaka. Though now semi-retired, you may still be happily surprised to see Kathy in the office from time to time. And when she’s here, we’re always thrilled to welcome her back!
Over the years, Kathy has built lasting relationships with her patients, many of whom have been with her for decades. Her dedication to caring for their dental health and her gentle, knowledgeable approach have made her a trusted and treasured part of their lives.
Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys life with her husband and their growing family, which includes three grown sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and several beloved grandchildren. She stays active with hiking, biking, golfing, and pickleball, and she finds time to relax and recharge in one of her favorite places—Sea Ranch. Whether she’s on the trails or at the coast, Kathy makes the most of every moment.

Leti – Dental Assistant
Leti has been in the dental field since 2020 and has been an integral part of Dr. Patil’s team for nearly her entire career. She is currently working toward completing the required courses to apply to dental hygiene school—a testament to her dedication to continuous learning and growth in the field.
Leti has a passion for helping people feel confident in their smiles and supporting them on their journey to better oral health. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, she’s great at creating and maintaining efficient systems that help keep the office running smoothly and stress-free.
Outside of work, Leti enjoys traveling with her family, staying active through exercise, and embracing a healthy lifestyle. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care make her a valued part of our team.
